What am I searching for?
What can I do?
Money, fame, things
None satisfies me
Am I too greedy?
What do I desire?
The answer can’t be found anywhere
But to continue living my life
And hope someday I might stumble upon it
(A rough translation. I prefer the Japanese version much better, but there are probably lots of grammatical mistakes in my Japanese due to lack of practice)

Ratatouille – Besides being enjoyable, this anime also touches on deeper themes about art, talent, and social constraint. It also provides a nice prospective on being a doer versus being a critic. The DVD has some good bonus features. I especially like the Fine Food & Film part, which shows the similarity of a chief and an anime director, who are both passionate in their works and try to perfect what they do.
BBC Planet Earth – amazing series showing the wonders and beauties of our planet. Make one stops to ponder the elegance of the universe, and also wants to travel more to experience them first hand.
Away from her – How important are time, shared experience, and memories in love? These are the few things I think about after watching this movie. To be more specific: Can we compare love that happens in a moment with love that has sustained for decades? Are our relationships still the same if our memories are altered? Do we need memories and shared experiences to say that the love is real?
Sweeney Todd – Horror or bloody movies are generally not my type. But I continue to like movies directed by Tim Burton. The setting in London is nicely created, and Johnny Depp remains a great actor.
