Oh my dearest Knight! I don\’t want to eat salapao any more after I look at your face. ^^\’ Yeah! Your diet is definately work!! Well done, you make it!! Oh man…you look so slim to me…~ So now you will keep your healthy and build up your muscle right! Looking forward to see all the outcome more. Miss ya na jaa…Thinking of you in the old day (EIS.)
when you are enjoying your meal, i\’m crying………..
Anyway, you are the person you mean what you say, so you deserve the meal…
btw, gook luck for your exams as well
Congrats my friend! It\’s pretty amazing when I look at the figures you jotted down weekly. See how far you\’ve accomplished! You should definitely reward yourself now.
So for the next challenge, how will you show us your progress? Close up pictures on your triceps would be nice for all girls I think…
A pre-happy songkran to you, Wicha.
PoYe, thanks for the greeting. Although getting more muscular\’s nice, for the time being my priority\’s probably to study like crazy for the upcoming finals. Hope I won\’t turn back to my original weight without adding any muscles due to the sedentary activities and stresses.
Ivy, I enjoyed the Thai cuisine very much. Wish you good luck in your exams as well, and let\’s try out more restaurants in UK later.
Shiori, I\’m always pretty health conscious, and the diet helps me develop some better habits as well. But it\’s probably impossible to get back to the EIS look. And I guess after facing myself all these years, I\’m able to live with my appearance no problem.
